Founded in 2023, Seeds Personal Training was built on the belief that real, lasting change starts with small, consistent steps.

At Seeds, we understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique. That’s why we offer bespoke, specific training programs designed to support your goals—whether you're looking for mass amounts of fat loss, building strength and your best physique, recovering from or preparing for childbirth, or staying active as you age.

Max Beauchamp, the founder and lead trainer, is a certified personal trainer with specialties in:

  • Calisthenics

  • Nutritional coaching

  • Pre- & post-natal fitness

  • Elderly training

  • Mobility training

With a supportive, client-focused approach, Max helps individuals of all backgrounds build strength, confidence, and healthier habits—both inside and outside the gym. Every session is tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on smart progression, sustainable results, and total-body wellness.
